Partial return missing

I files an extension from April 2016 to October. I missed that deadline but I did partially complete the return. Now I want to complete the return and have logged in to TurboTax but the work I have done so far seems to be missing.

If you have logged in to TurboTax online, you are now in TurboTax for 2016 which cannot be used to file a 2015 tax return.
