Paid for service, but will not file. How do I go about getting a refund for this?

I apologise, what occurred is that i filled out the forms but never filed. Meanwhile, my husband filed us married joint.

Unfortunately, nobody in the AnswerXchange can access your personal billing records or issue any refunds.  You need to speak with turbotax on the phone.

In the box to ask a question type BILLING or something similar, dont type REFUND or you'll be routed to automated tax refund information.
