Our federal return was accpeted on Feb 11. We still have not received a refund. Should it be taking this long?

Unfortunately, the IRS is taking longer than usual this year with the additional stimulus and other tax law changes. Also, they started accepting returns later as well. So at least it's not just you so although waiting is bad at least you do not have to worry, See Why is my IRS refund taking longer than 21 days?
