Opening the downloaded program

When I go to my download it gives me these choices to open: AdobeNotepadWindows Media Player Legacy Word. It didn't like Word Which app should I choose?

My prior year tax return cannot be downloaded as a PDF. It gives me an error when I try to open it.

I am not having any success downloading my prior year taxes from my computer to Turbo Tax. When I open up the download, it says "We can't preview". Anyone who can help?

My downloaded version of Tubo Tax 2024 is corrupted when printing. I efiled it and IRS refused to accept it. Do I repurchase the program or can you correct it.
