@ravenscroft the same thing happened to me. Worked just fine until I went to import my brokerage statements. I really wonder if there are too many transactions on my statements (there are hundreds of lines) and it just is in overflow and doesn't know what to do.
Be nice if I could back out what I did or if Intuit would actually listen to the problem and stop telling people to clear their cache
This problem still exists!! Turbo Tax people do you have a solution? Yes or No? if Not I need a specific date you will have this fixed?
Sounds like it is time out issue. These are exceedingly difficult to track. Search for "time out when loading web page". There are many general suggestions and also browser specific troubleshooting steps.
They seem to have mostly fixed the problem.
I can now access my 2020 return, but when I try to access the brokerage information, it times out. I had too many transactions for the system to handle.
Looking forward to putting 2020 Turbotax in my rear view mirror. Hasn't been a good year for our relationship.
