On march 14th I received an email saying my federal return was accepted. But now I am receiving letters saying I owe money. On the IRS website it says they never got it.

Who is saying you owe money? The IRS or TurboTax? Does your Form 1040 show a tax refund on line 20a or does it show tax due on line 22? We need to know that in order to get to the bottom of your issues and provide help.

The IRS never got what? Your tax return or your tax due payment?

Better double check that your federal and state returns were accepted.

Are you suppose to be getting a refund? Did you select to have the fees deducted from your refund? If Turbo Tax wants you to pay the fees then the IRS is taking too long to send your refund. Or the IRS changed your return from a refund into a tax due.
