As you go through the filling process you will be given the opportunity to change or update your direct deposit account number.

On File tab, just finished taxes. Need to update existing account number for direct deposit?

Even though on this tab it won’t let me proceed unless I select the box that says this account information is correct and is where I want my refund deposited. ?

Thank you for this link I in fact looked at this a number of times and it did not help. Finally figured out in step 2 of under file tab I was able to correct bank and account numbers. In step 1 I can select direct deposit and must check a box saying account is correct, even when it is not; but then proceed to step 2 to fix.

Thanks John. Figured it out, it is only in Step 2 under file that I could correct. Was hesitant to move forward when initially completing because it had me check the box saying account was correct, when I was in step 1.
