I just got off the phone with a rep she said that they sent a letter out allowing them 45 more days to review my credits. I file the same way every year only thing different is my school credit cause I’m in school now but I prove whatever they need my kids so they just need to come on with the letter so I can give them what they want

I talk to the representative who had a horrible attitude and he said I’m under review for income verification and it can take up to 45 days they should start reviewing it the beginning of next week

Well, just like most of you I have the reference code 1541, with path act and the eitc, I’ve spoke to various irs agents and I’ve got different answers everytime, I just got off the phone with a agent and she said I’ll be getting a letter and a review for 45 days! So I said witch one is it am I getting a letter or a review she was confused then she said “oh something just came up right now” which I know was a lie, but then said to keep checking the app, why would I keep checking if it’s a 45 day review? Makes no sense!
