Has anyone with EIC received a refund?

Some folks have said yes, but I suspect they really got a loan or tax advance.  And not everyone who has wages gets EIC. See answer below.

My brother and Sister-inlaw got their refund Monday and they claim EIC but i cant even check on mine at all because of the PATH act
