OHIO— My paper check refund was mailed 03/15/2019 but I still have not received it. Should I call, if so... who?

I got my state, I haven’t got my federal.

Did your state or the IRS mail the check? If it was the IRS I would call the IRS and let them know that you have not received the check.

If it is your state you should call them and let them know that you did not receive your check and they need to issue you a new one.
