Anybody else refund status change from the path act to we received your tax return and it’s being process

Yes, me! Had the PATH message for almost 2 weeks. Then Saturday 2/16/19 it switch to, "WE HAVE RECEIVED YOUR TAX RETURN AND IT IS BEING PROCESSED". I filed & got accepted on 1/28/19. I don't know why mine would still be processing. Lots of people are getting (take action codes), delays, offset etc. & a bunch of people got ddd for 2/22/19. Not sure what's going on. It's not past the 21 day mark.. which worries me even more.. I've never had to wait this long for ddd. LAST YEAR when the PATH message updated, I had a ddd.

Mines did the same thing as well , I’ve been told by a rep on Turbo tax that for the people who have filed earn income credit or the child tax credit will see a update on February 23rd and you should receive your money at the earliest on the 27th of this month!

I actually called the IRS and was told that it’s ok if we receive this message and that we should received a DDD soon. Just hold on guys help us on the way

I called again too & spoke with some one nicer. To sum it up. She said just wait for a update. We won't see any ddd until 2/27. So we should get a up date by the end of the week for sure. However, I'm still baffled at the fact that some people with EIC and  CTC got ddd for the 22nd of feburary.

Right , but I’m assuming those are the people who filed a litter earlier then 1/28 or on 1/28 .. I filed 1/30 so hopefully I’m in the group with the updates that go out at the end of the week!

The IRS rep also told me that they don't update where's my refund during the day. Example, during their business hours. It only updates after 7 p.m. until early morning

That explains a lot .. I also seen on their website it said that It only does it once during the day but mostly over night lol so kind of like what you said

Lol. I feel a tad bit better. She said she didn't see any issues. Only the delay with path. & the 2nd lady was so much nicer. The 1st lady was a BIT$%. Anywho, our ddd is coning!!!
