A month ago my refund was shown me 1541 status now it says We have received your tax return and it is being processed.what does this means?

I just got a second review letter today. But what they are reviewing changed. It's still they have 60 days to review it.

@catchup19# sorry meant I wasn’t going to get a letter. But the 45 days is up this coming Friday even if I was still under review. Just sucks. The new tax laws caused this I believe.

@NeedmoneyinAK i believe so too. It's a good law because I've had my taxes taken by my ex-husband falsely claiming our daughter it just stinks we have to wait but I guess better safe that sorry!

I’m wondering that’s why I was under review. My ex lost any kind of custody of our kids and I think he tried to claim them too

I just got a second letter today too it says exactly the same thing as the 1st letter the only difference is the date this one is dated march 7th

I received two letters but I think one is the transcript Ed I ordered three weeks ago and I am hoping the code so I can login online. I’ll update once I get my mail.

@NeedmoneyinAK  I just got my transcripts online and it says return due date or return received date (whichever is later) processing date : apr. 15,19  Mar.04,19. I am guessing i will get my deposit april 15

Now mine is saying it was selected for review again after being selected for a review after calling on 2/25. This is bull shit. I can’t login to get my transcripts online because it is saying my information is wrong. I was already up for review since 1/29.

Not me. I'm still at, "We have recieved your return and it is being processed." I filed Jan 22 and Accepted by IRS on Jan 23. I did though recieve a letter stating my return was under 45 day review and there is no need for me to do anything but wait. Really frustrating!

No update. Same crap here. Filed n accepted 1/28. 1541 code came, went to processing on March 1 on WMR. Rec'd letter last Saturday saying under review. Wait no need to do anything. What?? I need my money cuz Yes, I spent money counting on my refund now I'm in spot I can't get out of without it. Lesson learned
