Hi, I have am Non-Resident Alien on f-1 visa, I have filed my taxes using Turbotax on 03/01/2019 as my companies UltiPro is partner with TurboTax. I realized turbotax doesn't support 1040-NR and also I need to file a Amend 1040X etc. Could you tell me if I should send the amend right away though my tax return is accepted by Federal?

No, you need to wait until the IRS accepts your return and you have received your refund (or your check is cashed) before you can amend your return. You should go ahead and prepare your 1040NR but do not file it. You will need to print it and attach it to form 1040X.
You can use the steps here below to amend your 1040 return, after the IRS has accepted your return and you've received a refund (or pay tax due). Once you prepare your amended return, you will need to mail it in, as amended returns cannot be e-filed. So follow the steps here below to help you fix this situation.
**Make sure you check the box to show the tax year that you are amending on Form 1040X.
