Box 12 code W corrected by employer, do I have to amend?

After I already filed my taxes, my employer sent me a corrected w-2 with box 12 code W changed. This changed the intermediary amounts on my 8889 form, but in the end is still a $0 difference in total taxes. Do I need to file an amendment for this?

No you do not need to amend.  In this case, the Code W did not change your return because you did not deduct your HSA contributions.  The IRS is able to correct minor mathematical or entry errors.
