Solved: No updates on my end

Pmj481970 they told me 4-8 weeks and it till the 8 week mark . Now that I hit the 6 weeks 2 different reps are now saying they still don't see anything and it's not even showing if they received it. So both reps said to refax.

The WMR app will not work for anyone that had to fax a 1095a with the 8962 because your refund amount that was originally given to you will change. It will either go up or go down. You want see anything until the corrected refund amount has been mailed to you then you can check the WMR app with the new refund amount. I've already put in my mind that it will be exactly 8 weeks before we get our refund because we have already waited this long. It freaking sucks though I need my dam money.

Nope i called and was told I have to wait on a letter that states my increase then I will get my return soon after ???

Faxed form 8962 on 3/5. Kept getting the run around when trying to see if it was received. Called and told them it had been 6 weeks since sent (it was more like 4) and received confirmation they had it but still needed to wait up to 8 weeks. No topic 152. No bars on WMR. Nothing.

I faxed my form 8962 Monday 4/8/19 then I waited to call the IRS and the rep said they received my forms wait 6-8 weeks nothing is updated in WMR I don't understand if they received the forms they should release our money.

Tracye1980 I don't know what's going on ... Every time I call they say something different .. I don't know if they receive my forms are not
. It's been 7 weeks since I faxed mine .now this morning he tells me it's not showing they received them , but weeks ago someone told me they saw where the corrections was made. But wmr is not updating

@pmj481970 there is no consistency with any of it that is what is irritating me. I'm on 6 weeks and every time I call I get a different response as well.
