No update on return, had to add 1095-A

About a week after my expected return date near the begging of March I got a 1095-A in the mail. The IRS said I had to update my return to include that. That was 8 weeks ago. Is there any way to check to see if it's being processed at all or am I SOL because of COVID19? There's a lot of money just sitting there I'm waiting on, and I didn't even get the full amount for my stimulus because my newborn hasn't been counted yet because the return hasn't processed.

The IRS Where's My Refund? site at this link is the place to go to check on the status of a refund.

Because of the COVID-19 issues, the IRS has postponed processing paper returns, and the Form 8962 you had to submit to the IRS may be "caught up" in that. No specific date has been given for when the IRS will begin processing paper returns again.
