No Refund

Submitted a 1120S back in March the Turbo Tax  program said it was completed and e filed with a response

from the IRS that they received it.  To date no money has been refunded there are no notification that it was rejected. I wrote to IRS in Utah and have gotten no response.  I try to track the refund by phone but they ask for a SS number and it was filed with a EIN.  How do I determine the refund status with a EIN?
