No refund no incentive

My husband passed away in 2019.  I used turbotax as I always do.  The filing was rejected.  I could not figure out what was wrong.  I think wrong pin number.  I filed as married filing jointly so I know something was wrong.  I mailed in about March 20 and as of today 6/15 I have not received my refund or any incentive check.  Please advise.  I did receive the refund from the state around April 7th.

Because of the Covid-19 pandemic the IRS is currently not processing tax returns that were filed by mail. When they start to process them again they will have reduced staff and a big backlog, so it will be quite a while before your tax return is processed or any status information is available.

The state tax return is processed by your state. The processing of state tax returns is completely separate from the IRS processing of federal tax returns.
