No 'Date acquired' on my 1099-B

I imported my 1099-B to turbotax and everything was fine, but when I clicked the 1099-B I imported to view, it showed 'Need info' because the Date acquired wasn't filled.

I checked my paper 1099-B and no acquired date on it. I think it was because those shares were acquired on the multiple dates. what should I do?

If you click on Something other than a date you can select  Various (or more than one date).
