New York State Tax Refund Delay

After accepted at 2/19, still pending, even my tax information can't be checkeded in "NYS tax refund status"

It is not good! Turbo tax told they do not have any responsibility after accepted by NYS.

How long do I have to wait?

Is there anybody who have same situation like me?

Once your return is filed, TurboTax has no information about how New York processes your return. You will need to contact the NY Dept of Revenue for information.
