Hi there,
I never received the direct deposit for my 2022 tax year refund. I called the IRS and opened an investigation. They concluded that my direct deposit had been incorrectly sent to a Green Dot Bank account associated with TurboTax. I do not have a Green Dot Bank account so I called the bank and they said the account (that has my refund in it) no longer exists. Now I have tried to speak to a person at Intuit about this issue, however I can't get past the automated phone machine...
I'm really hoping an actual representative can help me out with this issue because I have spent 6 months trying to resolve this without success.

What is Refund Processing Service?
Santa Barbara Tax Products Group, LLC (SBTPG) is the bank that handles the Refund Processing Service when you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your refund. This option also has an additional charge from the bank that processes the transaction.
