Never received Refund Advance

I never received my refund advance days after my return was accepted. I have checked all emails that may pertain to advance but nothing has come through. I have also contacted Credit Karma and they have sent me back to turbo tax as they are still awaiting my return status. HELP!

Did all of the above information and still nothing. Credit Karma says my advance return is still processing, even though you all say my return has been accepted.

In some cases it can take up to 48 hours from the time of acceptance at the IRS for you Refund Advance.

It was accepted 4 days ago.
