Never received Federal Return

I filed at the end of January, received my State Return mid February, then heard nothing of my Federal Return. As far as i can see on the website, everything was cleared and and it was estimated that my Federal Return would be put into my account by mid March? I never received any information about something going wrong with my return or an incomplete filing so i assumed that it was finished completely.

Double-check with this tool to be sure the Federal return was efiled successfully and accepted.  I suspect it was, or you could not have efiled the state return.

If that showed it was accepted, what do you see at the IRS website below for the status of your Federal refund?

If that IRS tool shows that the refund has been sent, but you never received it, report back for more info.  

If the IRS tool says it is still "being processed",  we can tell you how to speak to a live agent at the IRS to see if they can tell you anything about the delay, and if you don't get good info from the IRS, how to contact the IRS Taxpayer Advocate Service for assistance.

Also, if you had any TurboTax fees, did you pay them upfront when you filed, or did you choose to pay the fees out of your Federal refund?

This is an awesome tool, exactly what i was looking for!My status says Accepted. It also says accepted on the website, aswell as in TurboTax itself. I was never aware of any fees and don't recall anything like that being mentioned. I did the free TurboTax Free Addition and it's listed as $0.00 on everything. When i use the IRS site to check aswell, it just tells me that it should be sent within 21 days of filing.

The 21 days is just a time frame in general, based on averages.  There are any of a number of reasons it can take longer, however.   

When you enter your info into the IRS "Where's My Refund" tool <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="https://www.irs.gov/Refunds">https://www.irs.gov/Refunds</a> , what does it show?  If it says your return is still "being processed", here's how to phone the IRS to check on it:

IRS:  800-829-1040  hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Mon-Fri

Listen to each menu before making the selection.
 
First choose your language. Press 1 for English.

    Then do NOT choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
    Instead, press 2 for "personal income tax".
    Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".  
    Then press 3 "for all other questions."
    Then press 2 "for all other questions."  It should then transfer you to an agent, but there is likely to be a long wait.

I usually use a speakerphone so I can work on something else while waiting.
