Was your 2023 return prepared in Online TurboTax?   If so, log in to the same account you used for the 2023 return, and go to the Tax Home and scroll down to "Your Tax Returns & Documents."   Choose 2023.   What status is shown for the 2023 return--accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?
