I had filed my income taxes through this website. They said I was getting back a total of three hundred and ninteen dollars (319.00). I had waited for months for it but I never got it. I would like to know where the money may have went..
I am also filling out financial aid for school but I need my 2015 tax return information and turbo tax has a copy of it. Is it possible for me to get that without having to pay for a copy of my own tax return informartion?
Thanks

If your tax return was accepted, and the IRS never sent you a letter about not refunding your money, then you can fill out form 3911, Taxpayer Statement Regarding Refund and mail it to the IRS. You can get the mailing address from where to file and use the address for NOT enclosing a payment.
For more information, contact the Taxpayer Advocate Service.
You can check whether your 2015 return was accepted by clicking the Check E-file Status button in TurboTax Desktop. (See the screenshot below.)
If you used the Desktop edition of TurboTax last year, then it is stored on your computer with the extension .tax2015. You should be able to see it on your Timeline when you open TurboTax.
If you used the online edition and didn't download or print a copy of your return when you filed it, then the only way you can get your 2015 return is if you pay for at least the Plus version.
You can also get a copy of your tax transcript from prior years free from the IRS.
