Need to fix rejected filing but tax file is corrupted

Hello, my filing was rejected and I need to fix it. I used the desktop version but my tax2024 file and pdf file is corrupt. It won’t open up in the TurboTax 2024 software. Any advice on how to fix? Should I redo it from scratch? I’ve already paid the state filing and audit defense fees.

Ask support for help with this. There may be good copy of your taxfile somewhere on your computer.

Please follow the steps in this link to manually update your software. This should resolve the software issues and allow you to proceed.
