Need to confirm my taxes had been successfully e-filed?

I was checking and it said it was already filed for SSN

Turbotax update advised that my taxes were never filed on March 10, but payment was credited for efiling. Is this for Federal and/or state tax? I am still awaiting Fed tax refund, how can I confirm if /what taxes were filed on Turbotax efiling date? Answer is urgent since new filing deadline is June 15, 2020.

If you efiled your return, have you confirmed that the return was submitted by TurboTax and accepted by the IRS?
