I purchased turbo tax deluxe disc and did my taxes. i went back in and there is no box to reopen. error code 102346

Downloaded 2019 Home and Business: While I was submitting my 2019 taxes through TurboTax downloaded 2019 Home and Business, I had an error code of 102348. I resaved the file as suggested to a new location. I tried a couple of different places then finally the "submit" button displayed. I submitted the IRS return. Then when I went back to get a copy, the program said I was still working on a draft. However, when I hit the "file status" button it showed the IRS return was sent and accepted. From that area, I downloaded the 2019 return but that downloaded return was of the draft return and not the final return. I called customer service who verified that the official return sent to the IRS was my completed return and not the draft. This was determined because of the amount and not seeing the actual return. The final submitted return could not be found online nor in TurboTax on my computer. Then my family member in forensic IT found the what we think is the final return saved on my computer but saved as a .file. The TurboTax program will not open it and gives me a code of 102348. I don't have a copy of my final taxes. If you are wondering, I use Chrome and Windows 10.
