Need help with 2022 Amend

Hello all,

I got a CP2000 today because I did not claim PayPal income in 2022.  This was all personal items sold and well below cost.  I was trying to pay some bills, etc etc.  Now I have a HUGE tax bill, and really need to Amend the 2022 to reflect these sold at cost/loss.  The problem is when I click the Amend using turbo tax online button...it does nothing.  I even went as far as to download the desktop version thinking this would help.  It keeps producing blanks and I am completely lost on how to proceed.  Is the link simply broken or can anyone help?

On the very first screen after you log in, it asks you to start. When scrolling down further, it says Your tax returns & documents. You can expand that, click on 2022, expand Amend, and the button is there. 

Can you let me know if that works?
