Nebraska online tax tracker said the payment was sent to my account on Feb 4. 2022, I haven't received it yet why and when can I expect payment?

I E filed , with turbo tax I haven't received fed return nor was my state refunded and the states website says they sent payment to the account I gave them ? I called them they said to contact you.

All refunds are handled by the Santa Barbara Tax Products group. TurboTax has no information on any refund transfers.from them. Their contact info is below.
