My taxes were accepted on 2/12/2021 but when I put in my information on the IRS where's my refund it says I am entering my information wrong and not giving a status?

I did have a child in 2020 and when I added him to my return a credit was added on there, could this be a hold up? I am not sure why I can't access the tracking refund tool. I tried my husbands information and also mine. Wondering when it will be approved?

The were likely Accepted (received for processing) on 2/12. Approved is a later step. The IRS is backlogged, both in terms of processing as well as updating. Also see:
