Was the tax return rejected? 

Have you e-filed the tax return and was it accepted? 

Is the tax return still being processed and you have not received your tax refund?

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, the status of the tax return is displayed.  If the status of the tax return is anything other than Accepted, the tax return was not e-filed.
