My Tax returns

I got a confirmation number from you but where's my proof my taxes are done ..??? I'd like to know where I stand. Do I need to make a copy and send it out or have you done it already. I'm very interested to know what's going on.

If you chose to efile your return, you can confirm the status using this link: https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp

If you chose to print and mail your return, you must print and mail it yourself. TurboTax doesn't print and mail it for you. 

What did you do?

If you efiled it and it was accepted and you're getting a refund, you should be able to track it using the IRS tracking web site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds

If you mailed your return, you won't be able to track it at the IRS until they start processing your return. They are currently not processing any mailed returns.

Do  I need my w2 form from last year to e file??  I can't locate my return from last year.

You need your AGI from your 2018 form 1040 to be able to efile your 2019 tax return.  If you used the TurboTax online product to file your 2018 tax return, use this link to find your 2018 AGI:

Do not efile a return now if you have already printed and mailed your tax return do the IRS. It will only confuse things at the IRS and delay processing.
