A message that your tax return was accepted means you efiled it and the IRS accepted your efile for processing.

If you are getting a refund, you can now start tracking it at the IRS web site: https://www.irs.gov/refunds

It's been over 21 days since I've filed. I should have them already. I can't get answers from IRS except wait until a date is available. I just would like to know where my taxes are. Please help

No one at TurboTax gets any information about the status of tax refunds. The last thing TurboTax gets from the IRS is whether your tax return is accepted or rejected. Have you confirmed that your efiled return was accepted:  https://shop.turbotax.intuit.com/efile/efile_status_lookup.jsp

If it was accepted, what does the IRS tracking web site say about the status of your refund: https://www.irs.gov/refunds
