My Tax Return

I Have used you guys in the past , but after what happen with my tax return I have told all my friends to do not use Turbotax under any circumstances they are very dishonest about What they tell you they this company call SBTPG LLC taking $100s of dollars out of your refund even after you have paid your fees and the bad thing is, they don't even tell you you find out after you get your refund back and find out its lower then the IRS said you were going to get back. they call it preparation they did'nt prepare my taxes I did so everyone beware of TT I thought they were a good company but they are not.
