My tax return was accepted on 2/11/21 yet I have not received my refund yet friends who filed after me with the same situation already got theirs, why?

IRS won’t answer the phones. I just want to know if there are issues or if it’s just lagging greatly. I’ve never had this issue. Is it possibly turbo taxes issue

Not a TT issue. Lots of folks are still waiting. The IRS is very backlogged, in part because of all the extra stimulus filings. And the IRS does not process First In First Out.
