If you mean that your direct deposit amount doesn't match the amount of your refund displayed in TurboTax, see the TurboTax Help article Why is my refund direct-deposit or check lower than the amount in TurboTax? for information.

Same here. Been trying to get one single person on the phone a day now. For $688, I’ll drive my **bleep** self to wherever

Please refer to the answer provided by John W152 above.  The link provides information on the next steps if the scenario fits.  In any event, all refund inquiries will go to the IRS because once your return is accepted, TurboTax is not informed of the status of your returns.
