My state taxes are showing as started but not completed. How can I fix it?

Finished non-resident Missouri taxes but my Illinois taxes only show as started even when I have deleted and restarted them.

You will need to go through the Illinois state return again, make sure that all of the answers are completed. There is probably something missing on the return
