My state refund was deposited and was $352 less than TT had filled it out to be. My fee was $152, but was supposed to come out of my federal? Still $200 missing?

TurboTax fees are paid out of the Federal refund--not the state refund.    If you used that method to pay fees, the Federal refund would go through a third-party bank administered by SBTPG (or TPG Tax Products Group) before that third-party bank sends it to your own bank account (or card.)

If you can, look in your online bank (or card) account to be sure who the deposit was from.  Was it from your state's department of revenue?   If the state lowered your refund, they should send a letter in 3 weeks or so explaining why and what recourse you have, or you can phone your state tax agency to ask about it.  But first make sure it is indeed the state refund.
