My return was less and from TPG Products

My return was $237.18 less than what I was told I would be receiving after using TurboTax and checking the irs.gov website to verify what would be sent to my account. The deposit came from TPG Products SBTPG LLC and was incorrect. I need this issue fixed as soon as possible.

How much were your TurboTax account fees plus the $39 service charge for paying the account fees from the federal tax refund?

It was $226 total it turns out it was $11.18 short but every dollar matters

That amount could be the state sales tax imposed on the purchase by your state.

Since the account fees, service charge and sales taxes would have been handled by TPG, they should have your order details.
