My return not on file

I filed through TT online on 5/13.  I received an email that morning saying my return was accepted, THEN 2 hours later another saying it was pending.

My payment (I owed) was taken from my account that Friday.  

The IRS does NOT show receiving my return yet - nothing on file pending or otherwise!  I do not know what to do!  help!

What are you expecting to see and where are you looking for it?  If you owed and your payment was debited from your account what further evidence do you want that the IRS received your return?  You will not see anything on the IRS refund site--since you cannot owe and receive a federal refund--it cannot be both.

And as for your TurboTax account:

TT does not update after your return has been accepted.  Your account will always show the result of the return you prepared using the software.  TurboTax never knows if you received your refund —or if how, or when you paid tax due.  Your proof that you paid your tax will be your own bank/credit card records.

It has been over 3 weeks, and there is no transcript to access for 2019, also no info on get my payment even though I qualify.

It says (IRS site) allow 2-3 weeks and it is well past that.

Getting conflicting emails from TurboTax 2 hours apart is very unsettling.  I don't know how to confirm any other way that the IRS has my return on file.  Is that something that 

Turbo Tax will support me on since you show it as accepted??

I have never had this happen in the over 10 yrs I have used turbo tax, so it is very unsettling.  Any insight you have is appreciated.
