It takes about 21 days from when your tax return was accepted, for the IRS to deposit your refund into your account. I see here that it has been 3 days since the IRS has deposited your refund. If that is the case please call Netspend at 1-855-646-8848.

You may have the new Turbo Prepaid Visa Card

The NetSpend card was used for tax years 2016 and prior.

Its not deposited on the netspend card that was issued to me. How can i get the account and routing number used by turbo tax?
