My refund processed IRS on 4/20/22, order status in turbo tax payment pending, refund tracker shows have received 5/2/22 and have not received it?

I owed the IRS monies so they reduced my refund but the amount still cover the Turbo Tax fee with a balance still due to me.  Whay haven't I received it?

When you sign up for Pay With My Refund, your refund will be handled through the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (SBTPG, formerly SBBT).
