My refund has been placed as approved and sent to my account. All my information was right but i still have yet to see my refund. What's the problem?

If the IRS has indicated that your tax refund was sent to your bank account, you need to contact your bank if you have not received it.  If it was being sent to a prepaid card, you should log in to your account and check the status.
