My process date says 2/24 what does that mean

If when viewing your return on the Where's My Refund website located here, it is giving this date then that would be your direct deposit date.

The IRS would be your best point of contact to know what that date means. Per the IRS website: https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript-faqs it says:

Q13. Will ordering a transcript help me determine when I’ll get my refund?

No, a tax transcript won’t help you determine when you’ll get your refund. IRS transcripts are best and most often used to validate past income and tax filing status for mortgage, student and small business loan applications and to help with tax preparation.
