As I stated in the subject, my parents received the stimulus check based on their 2018 tax return in which I was claimed as a dependent. But 2019, I filed my tax return as single and DID NOT check the option "Someone can claim you as a dependent". Am I still eligible for the stimulus check?

You should be eligible for the stimulus payment based on your 2019 tax return and the fact that you were not claimed as a dependent in 2019, nor eligible to be claimed as a dependent.
After your tax return has been processed, you can check the status of your stimulus payment using Get My Payment.

First of all, I want to say thank you for your comment. But can you help me to answer this question? It has been 21 days since I filed my 2019 tax return. My Turbotax account states that 04/26/2020, I can receive my tax refund, but nothing has changed as of now. And I worked a part-time job and made less than $5000 based on my 2019 tax return. According to what you have said, Why didn't I receive my stimulus check yet?
Not all stimulus payments have been processed yet and there is no information available about when certain stimulus payments will be processed. Stimulus payments will be sent throughout the next several months.
Your best option to learn more about when you may expect a stimulus payment is to check the status using the Get My Payment link.
Yes, I used the tool and checked the status. It stated payment not available at this time.
Take a look at the following link for more details about what that status means: Get My Payment FAQ

**NOTE*** Due to the Corona virus the IRS is operating short staffed. All field offices are closed and some processing centers are all but closed. Any tax return that requires hand processing will probably have long delays. Mailed returns are not being processed at all at this time. Most phone service has been curtailed.

TurboTax only gives the general IRS (most returns are processed within 21 days) date. The actual date is known only by the IRS. TurboTax also does not adjust the general date for anything on the tax return. TurboTax receives no feedback from the IRS after filing.
The IRS says most refunds will be issued within 21 days - some faster, some longer.
Each tax return is evaluated on it's own merits. There is no first-in-first-out. Two similar tax return submitted at the same time can have totally different processing times based on IRS criteria for examining tax returns that the IRS does not divulge.
Some returns will be held for ID verification or other verification. The IRS will send a letter if they require more information to process your tax return.
