My iPhone will not allow access to camera to upload documents. Cant find the proper setting to allow access

Not sure what you are trying to enter---but it is also possible to import some documents or ----key them in by hand. The disadvantage of doing your tax return on a phone is the small screen that makes it hard to see what you are doing. A bigger screen would be your friend when preparing a tax return.
