To proceed you will have to use the Desktop software. Follow the directions shown after you log into your account. IF it's fully locked now, then you may have to wait a week or two to proceed, since TTX locks things up as they start archiving the millions of tax files for all their "Online" customers.

Following is what they showed on 1 November, but perhaps it's locked for a couple weeks for the archiving process to proceed:
AND....After the "Online" tax files are done archiving, then you will again have access to the Federal PDF, as it existed when you prepared it, but it won't reflect any changes you "might" make when you finish NJ and PA using the Desktop software.
Technically, if you prepared the Federal part properly, including ALL allowed Federal income Deductions & Credits, then adding the NJ and PA returns in the Desktop software shouldn't change the Federal part. But, if you discover you missed some items that changes your Federal tax return, then you may have to prepare and file a Federal Amendment for those changes before you finish off the PA & NJ parts.
