First check to see if the IRS reduced your refund. If they did then they will send a letter of explanation in 2 weeks.

Then if the IRS sent it all AND you asked to have the TT fees withheld from your refund then …. the processing bank withheld more than expected then they will send a letter of explanation in 2 weeks.
