My card has a different account number for direct deposit than the one on my taxes, how do I fix that?

I didn't know that the account number that was sent with my card wasn't for direct deposit, will I still receive my money if the routing number is the same?

No ... the deposit will be rejected and the refund will be converted to a paper check mailed to the address on the return ... expect this to add 3 weeks or more to the time line.
